PARK ARCHITECT is a studio for architecture, urbanism and interiors practicing innovative design and research based on sustainability and custom-fit strategies. Our design approach values a dynamic society and seeks to improve the quality of contemporary life through cultural sensibility in an evolving urban environment.

Ji-Hwan Park RA, LEED AP
Principal
Ji-Hwan Park has been involved in the design of a wide range of building types and scales from mixed-use office buildings with residential and retail components to institutional and cultural facilities in both domestic and international venues. Before he founded PARK ARCHITECT PLLC, Mr. Park directed teams as lead and chief designer for several notable architectural firms including Kohn Pederson Fox Associates and Swanke Hayden Connell Architects in New York City. He is a licensed Architect in New York and New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Park has served as a Design Studio Critic at NYIT since 2009 and also, he has taught at Konkuk University in Seoul, Korea. He attained a Master's degree in Architecture at Columbia University in New York City and his bachelor's degree of architecture at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Park was a recipient of the Jeffery Burquest Memorial Scholarship for outstanding achievement in the design of art and architecture.
